Rewardsclick Points will expire on every 31 December. Last Redemption of current year Rewardsclick Points will be on 04 January, the following year.

Corporate Travel Services Pte Ltd will process the redemption based on the Authorized Personnel stated on the TMO Rewardsclick Programme Registration Form. The Authorized Personnel will be responsible for all redemptions made for on behalf of his/her company.

Corporate Travel Services Pte Ltd will only process completed redemption form.

Upon acceptance of the redemption form, the required RewardsClick points will be deducted from the account. If the accumulated RewardsClick point of the account is insufficient for the redemption, such redemption form will then be automatically cancelled.

Corporate Travel Services Pte Ltd reserves all right to cancel the redemption in case of suspicion of fraudulent cases and all the credited redemption will be automatically debited from the respective account.

The redemption order is non-exchangeable for cash, non-refundable and non-transferable.

Corporate Travel Services Pte Ltd does not warrant the quality of the products or services provided by the participating suppliers. The participating supplier(s) shall be solely responsible for all effects and consequences of the products.

If the product(s) or service(s) of participating supplier is not available or no longer render, Corporate Travel Services Pte Ltd reserve all right to replace the product (s) or service (s) with similar value.

Corporate Travel Services Pte Ltd and the participating supplier(s) reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions herein with reasonable notice to TMO customers.
